We intervene directly and closely follow our producers, stimulating and encouraging a shared and constant search for new opportunities that can help reduce part of the costs at every point of the value chain.

Customizable projects

We offer our customers the possibility to plan and develop new customized production projects.
We are able to provide the necessary food commodities that come from supply chains developed with individual agricultural producers.
We coordinate and govern every step of the production project: from the selection of food commodities to agronomic support, from cultivation contracts to collection and storage, up to collaboration with processing industries to reach the required product.

We guarantee supervision of the organic supply chain and product quality

Our company formalises with its producers through the approval and signing of a production disciplinary specification and the modes and controls applied to the various levels of the food supply chain, with the aim of establishing a quality standard of the finished product, guaranteeing biological and qualitative certainty of food commodities.
Cleaning and sanitizing modes; storage of food commodities and semi-finished products; stowage and transportation modes; and our fight against pests are some examples that explain how precise and timely our quality check and management activities are.
On various levels and with specific skills, all of our partners are committed to apply management practices and protocols in a manner consistent with the drawn up and approved specifications for everything concerning the supply preparation and delivery of an order. Our organic products, thanks to our monitoring and control system, are guaranteed and certified at all stages, up to delivery to our customers.

Geographical origin

Our protocols establish that production can only take place in specific sites selected by us and included in our specifications. The aforementioned areas are visited by one of our auditors who draws up an evaluation form based on pre-established criteria, reporting any changes with respect to the production site, through agreed requirements and formalized with the producer.
We, either personally or through nationally/internationally recognized delegated entities, carry out visits, checks and, if necessary, take samples from the food supply chain: from the farm to the transformation cycles; from the packing station to logistics. With the sole purpose of verifying and monitoring the compliance of the entire organic production process with the approved specifications.
The periodic dialogue allows us to verify that the main requirements set out in the specifications are well respected; ensure that all non-conformities found are subject to corrective measures; understand any customer complaints; take stock of the progress of the proficiency planning; define any required improvements, or best practices put in place, to be included in the proficiency planning.
